Our current catalogue has 20 files of rental buildings with 12 or more units: 8 cities and 12 files for Montréal (boroughs and packs), built from property assessment rolls. For another threshold (6+ units, for example), another territory or other criteria, we prepare a custom list once feasibility is confirmed.
