Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products and downloadable datasets, all sales are generally considered final. Once access to the product or dataset has been granted, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.

However, refunds may be considered in the following exceptional situations:

• Duplicate payment for the same product
• Technical issue preventing access to the purchased product
• Incorrect charge due to system error

If you believe you are eligible for a refund under these conditions, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction.

Each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Invest Smart Data reserves the right to refuse refund requests that do not meet the above conditions.
